Here’s what I personally like to do.
Eating.
But the thing is, if we keep on eating, we both get sick AND get fat. Which is a shame because eating is amazing. So I’ve looked up ways on what to do to get rid of the fat I don’t want. And wouldn’t you know it? One of the solutions that I found was EATING. You lose fat from eating BY eating! Well how about that? So with the help of healthywomen and healthline, we look at some fruits that we need to eat to not only burn fat, but to also prevent any illnesses that would only make us spend more money(in terms of medicine and getting all healed up, that is).
Grapefruit
This is the fruit that is associated with weight loss the most. Eating half of one before meals will help you burn some fat because it does this thing where it lowers some levels of insulin. That is a hormone known for storing fat so eating this fruit will help you lower that and make you eat less. There is also the fact that this fruit is packed with water. It will keep you hydrated plus lessen your food intake.
What else is this good for? Well, it apparently is a very good source for protein, vitamins c, potassium and folic acid.
Berries
There is a reason why these are added into diet yogurts or any dessert that is supposed to have some kind of fat-burning power. Berries are known to have a lot of benefits ranging from fat burning to reducing blood pressure. It is the food for the overweight people who have trouble. Whether you like blueberries or strawberries (I love both to be honest) you are guaranteed to have a filling meal once you had these. They are known to fill you up and research shows that people tend to eat less once they consume berries.
Not just that, they boost your metabolism, decrease cholesterol levels and lower any inflammation. What a treat!
Apples
Remember the saying “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”? Well, now you can add “and fat” to that saying too. Apples contain less calories and if you eat one whole apple after every meal for every day, making it your routine, you are guaranteed to lose at least 2 pounds. It fills you up too so you won’t feel hunger after eating it. They’re better eaten raw and not juiced or anything so you can really feel the full effects of their power.
That’s not all. They are filled with fiber which helps you be satisfied enough to not do any more food binges for the night. It helps reduce cancer and then even gives you enough source for energy.
You can also have almost the same, if not more, benefits from bananas, watermelons, pears, apricots, cherries, plums, nectarines, peaches, passion fruits, rhubarbs, kiwi fruits, melons, oranges and avocados. Have fun making a fruits salad with them.
